FRP Characteristics
FRP molded grating has perfect corrosion resistance. Different resins have different properties of corrosion resistance. The resins used include orthophthalic polyester resin, isophthalic polyester and vinyl ester resin. Vinyl ester grating provides extremely high corrosion resistance. The surface of FRP molded grating can be concave top, flat top, grit top, decorative pattern cover, grit cover and smooth cover.
Compared with other floor materials, FRP molded grating provides a series of benefits, high impact resistance and the strength-to-weight-ratio is only one quarter of that of steel grating.

FRP Uses
FRP molded grating is easy to cut and install. Fibreglass reinforced polyester grating can be cut on site using a grinding emery disc. Even a normal saw can be used. The grating is non-conductive and non- magnetic, has a beautiful appearance, it is easy to install and is maintenance free.
